I am delighted to be in the position to overview the operations of the hotels within the portfolio while looking for expansion opportunities and help the company to keep thriving.

My role focuses on all of the financial aspects of the company. This includes, but is not limited to the following: With regard to the hotel portfolio, to work with the senior management teams as the owner representative in order to produce annual operating and capital expenditure budgets, sales and marketing plans and cash flows reports. To asset manage the properties to assure that optimal results are achieved, including the creation and review of daily, monthly and yearly operational and financial results for the properties in addition to presenting these reports to the owners. These documents include departmental and undistributed profit and loss results, Cash Flow and Financial ratios on a monthly and year to date basis as well as real versus budget studies. Direct involvement in all major operational and strategic decisions for the assets and its implementation and follow up. With regards to new resorts and development projects; to participate in planning, design, profit and loss projections, cost estimations and market research activities with the responsibility for the creation of financial and investment analysis and project feasibility models.

Responsable for the development and success of cost optmization projects for Santander UK.Methodology and actions used in this position include Cost Categorization, Data Analisis, Sourcing, Creations of RFI & RFP documents, Management of Tenders , Bid Organization & Comparative Studies, Negotiations, Change Implementation & Follow up Procedures and Presentations to CFO's & CEO's. Main objective for this position is to improve the operational results of the company.Experience in various procurement categories such as: EnergyITLogistics & Supply ChainFacility MangementMarketing & Promotional PrintingPackaging, etc.

Elaboración de proyectos de reducción de costes mediante el desarrollo e implementación de herramientas de análisis que permiten abarcar todas las fases del estudio, desde los volúmenes de consumo y su distribución hasta la implementación de cambios y el control y seguimiento de los mismos.Los métodos y técnicas más recurrentes incluyen: Categorización de Costes, Sourcing del mercado, RFI’s, RFQ’s, Licitaciones, Gestión de ofertas y comparativas, Desarrollo de KPI’s, Negociaciones, Creación de Presentaciones a nivel directivo, Redacción de Contratos, Elaboración de plantillas de seguimiento, etc.Dichos proyectos comprenden familias de gasto: -Directas: Packaging, Logística y Transporte, Mantenimiento Industrial (MCR),…-Indirectas: Energía, Telecomunicaciones, Marketing y Eventos Promocionales,… El objetivo final del consultor es mejorar los resultados operativos del cliente mediante los proyectos de optimización de costes.

Responsable de la ejecución y seguimiento de varios modelos analíticos para medir la gestión y los resultados de la compañía. Ejecución de informes mensuales para los propietarios, incluyendo los resultados de todas las áreas como Marketing, Recursos Humanos, Ventas, Control de Costes así como los resultados operacionales de los hoteles.
