I was responsible for Organizational Modernization and Air Service areas of State Government and also responsible for administration and ICT areas of the ministry.Relevant projects: I managed to obtain resources to host all state digital services and website sites on the cloud. I laid the groundwork for the reengineering model of all organizational manuals of all entities from the State Government.

I was responsible for the citizen public services reception areas and for ICT operation and modernization. My responsibilities included to support technological operation for C2 Center for public safety and carry out security and urban services analysis. I managed COVID 19 sanitary emergency in all this areas to keep services up and running all along the crisis.Relevant projects: bringing back C2 Public Safety Center to operation. Modernization of telephony, network and security infrastructure. Public Services platform modernization.

I led the operation of the Ministry’s information systems and the project for the GIS Platform.Relevant projects: using GIS platform to collect and quantify damage during 2017 Mexico City earthquake.

I was assigned to the Digital Government Unit of Federal Ministry for Public Administration. My principal responsibilities were to manage the contracts for ICT infrastructure and software development for the National Citizen Services Portal (www.gob.mx) and for specialized services for the Federal Government Open Data development (datos.gob.mx).
