- Direct production activities through the line management team to meet overall performance objectives.- Manage three (3) shift supervisors and about 70 production colleagues. - Ensure labor efficiencies are best utilized by monitoring performance and initiating corrective actions necessary to meet objectives. - Monitor raw material usage by line, investigating unacceptable results and directing corrective actions. - Review weekly production schedules ensuring that necessary equipment and people resources are available to meet production planning requirements. - Communicate with Production and Maintenance reviewing assignments for shift personnel and follow up to ensure timely completion of projects. - Provide coaching and development to Team Leaders to further the empowerment process. - Chair JHSC meetings on a monthly basis.- Identify and execute projects that modify existing methods and operations to minimize waste and maximize efficiencies.

- Identify, lead and successfully execute improvement projects.- Develop knowledge of 6 Sigma / Lean Manufacturing and apply principles to achieve objectives.- Involve, in every phase of projects under my leadership, employees of all departments and services, ensure training and hold them accountable maintaining applied changes.- Support and coach Focused Improvement teams in order to drive improvements and deliver line metrics objectives, (OEE / GE).- Coach Green Belts during projects execution and GB certification process.

- Responsible for identifying and developing 6Sigma Continuous Improvement projects in the packaging department, contributing to the department’s productivity pipeline, all within the frame of 6Sigma initiatives
