I am a fourth-year marketing student at The University of Texas at San Antonio, with a diverse range of experiences in leadership and entrepreneurship. Throughout my time at UTSA, I have advanced through various leadership roles within my organization, ultimately serving as President of the Hispanic Student Association. My term focused on inclusivity and member support, resulting in record breaking membership growth and an enriched student experience.In addition to my academic pursuits, I founded my sustainable jewelry company that has garnered press coverage for its eco-friendly practices. This venture has allowed me to develop a wide array of skills, including social media marketing, journalist networking, web and UX design, Meta and Google Ads, and graphic design. I have applied my coursework, such as Business Law, directly to my business operations.My work in the jewelry industry has expanded my professional network internationally, collaborating with artisans to create unique collections. Through diligent research and networking, I have worked closely with designers to transform jewelry sketches into CAD designs and final samples.My experiences at UTSA have significantly broadened my skillset and knowledge.
