My main focus in my business life is presently related to the supply chain and Manging the processing involved. Another of the tasks that is important to me is the development of the business which I normally do hand-in-hand with senior management. The last of my main focal areas concerns efficiency and professionalization in the workplace.The majority of my career has been spent in the industrial sector, with a particular focus on the packaging sector. I have dedicated most of my time to working with or for SMEs companies and family-run business.Consultancy is where I have been devoting most of my energy in recent years. My goal is to help companies to optimize and improve the business potential using a structured methodology for change management.Prior to moving into consultancy, I was employed by a company called ERVISA, where I developed my managerial skills. My first post at this company was BOPP plant manager, and I would eventually become the managing director of the whole company.In terms of my education, I hold an MBA from IESE Business School, Barcelona and a degree in Electrical Engineering from ICAI, Madrid. Although I very much enjoy consultancy work, I would not be averse to the idea of returning to work for a company at some point in the future
