Account Manager for the A220 customers of FTA, in addition to my responsibilities as Operations Manager,

Flight Training Alliance GmbH is a Joint Venture between Lufthansa Aviation Training and CAE to provide best-in-class training solutions for the A220. FTA is the Authorised Training Provider by Airbus for A220 pilot, flight attendand and dispatcher training worldwide. As Operations Manager of this JV, my position is instrumental in managing and developing the relationship with the OEM and customers, nurturing a win-win operation for both parent companies, LAT and CAE whilst and secure business objectives and financial performance with lean resources and the appropriate cost-structure:• Oversight and coordination of the day to day operations and training centre activities at Frankfurt, Zurich and any other FTA services provided in any other location worldwide.• Establishing and maintaining a meaningful customer oriented business relationship with the Airlines and with Airbus, with the maxima of supporting the entry into service (EIS) of the A220s with the highest quality and safety standards during training. • Training delivery, customer satisfaction and coordination of operations within the training centres along with partnering closely with FTA Sales to achieve revenue targets.• As a recently-born company depicting new processes, redefining existing ones and reaching consensus and new structures is a must for creating value, trust and reliability. • Project Management and Business Development and business cases for FTA's projected expansion and new assets. • Operations and Quality Control management, including audits, Safety Management, NCAAs, KPI and contract assurance.

• Accountable for planning solutions for corporate customers / Operators. Focused on securing business and a close relationship with civil airlines accounts whilst identifying, reporting and pursuing revenue growth opportunity maximizing resource capacity. • Lead planner for Bombardier Simulators located in Madrid and Copenhagen training centers, dealing with +50 flight instructors and support on other platforms (Dornier, MD and Airbus fleets)• Single point of contact, client liaison management, for Bombardier CRJ Authorised Training Provider (ATP) in Europe, responsible of planning execution for the Bombardier account and global capacity at CAE network.

• Professional Internship at ALAC, local Development Agency founded with CSR funds from mining companies, with the North-Peruvian Tourism Development project. (CTN)• Financial analysis and budget design for the CTN project, sponsored with a 1-year fund of $1m. by the Inter-American Development Bank.• Assessing CTN team with the implementation of Quality systems for micro and small family businesses.

• Branch Manager for 2 Rent a Car offices, Sevilla Airport and Train Station, accountable for day to day operations and the development of the business units and Sixt quality processes, recruiting and leading a team of 7 rental agents and up to 15 outsourced co-workers and Fleet management of +75 vehicles.• Management of local suppliers, price negotiation establishing service-contracts while initiating Sales responsibilities and acquisition of local businesses opportunities.• Responsible of cost center budget for both units and the right deployment of the fleet while ensuring target revenue, pricing & costs.

• Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing sales and customer experience strategies.• Coordination of the operation and service shifts with a team ranging from 3 to 12 workers per shift all at bar and floor departments, insuring that the service was optimized, quality standards were met and that sales objectives were achieved while securing a successful guest experience. • Manage shifts and schedules, bar and floor stock and inventor, duties included weekly financial reporting and banking, and cash control.

• Responsible for advance hardware replacement options and return material authorizations for Cisco Systems at corporate customer level in Logistics & Returns departments (outsourced to Convergys Ltd) • Manage EMEA B2B client relationship and case analysis intake of customer requests for RMA of Cisco’s network software and replacement in compliance with customer’s Terms and Conditions of the return and logistics clauses.• Quality assessor, monitoring calls, emails and cases providing feedback to other colleagues for improvement on service and quality standards. Training on-the-job for new colleagues.
