I authored city surveys, urban analyses, and reports to identify portfolios of properties with redevelopment potential. I served as a liaison between the Trust and non-profit organizations, federal and state agencies for fundraising, administration, and implementation of the Trusts’ building rehabilitation grant programs in Texas. This role also required a heavy load of public speaking, media relationships, and community exposure. -
