I’m responsible for managing the service area and ensuring employees follow the proceduresand policies of the company. I also assist customers with recommendations via phone or in-person for wheels and tires that can range anything from safety to performance. At the end of theday, I’m responsible for summarising to our clients what was performed on their vehicle andensuring they leave satisfied, as customer satisfaction is always the number one priority. Thisposition also includes assisting the store manager with basic inventory audits.
