I am a Mining Engineer and Project Manager with 20+ years’ experience in the mining industry. Currently I am the General Manager at MiningSense, a mining advisory firm, specialised in evaluation, planning, economic models and strategical decision on projects definition. I lead the company staff to achieve the goals, defining the company strategy, internationalization and mentoring our professionals encouraging career development. As part of my work I also sing off reports as Principal Consultant of the company, developing part of the technical studies. I have sound designing, scheduling and project development experience, being exposed to different roles in mining companies, from project engineer to COO. During the last 5 years I have been dedicated to mining consultancy, involved in different projects, OP and UG, leading teams, managing business, and supporting due diligence and technical studies. I have participated in the development of two remarkable greenfield projects in Spain (Cu, U) as Mining Director. I also have experience in W, Cu, Zn, Pb, Ag, Au, Ta, Nb, S, Fe, REE and industrial minerals.

Las Cruces Copper Project is a Greenfield copper project located in Seville, Southern Spain. Stripping works commenced in 2006 and commissioned in 2009. Production of 72,000 t LME Grade A copper per year from secondary sulphides ore. Stripping of 20 Mt of waste. Mine plan encompasses a deep open pit operation and an underground mine in its project stage.Accountable for mine planning and design. Shift Supervisor. Long drill holes supervisior.
