Research, ideate, design and test with users the different functionalities and flows of a complex product for managing and editing audiovisual content, the so called PaaS - Platform as a Service. Available online for the most varied tasks, remotely, either by computer or mobile devices. The product also includes tools for live broadcasts, corporate TV, digital signage, videoconferencing, video editing and insertion of graphics remotely in a broadcast, for example. Responsibilities:• Create user-friendly experiences that are both data-driven and visually appealing to provide users with a satisfying experience;• Establish the user's journey and overall experience by defining user flows, information architecture, and mockups;• Conduct independent / collaborative research and competitor analysis to identify user needs, leveraging insights from data, research findings, or feedback from the support team;• Conduct interviews and user testing;• Creation and maintenance of design system; • Create functional prototypes to test and validate your designs and to initiate productive discussions within the team;• Assist in maintaining visual and brand consistency across all products and properties;• Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure that business objectives translate into successful outcomes and distinctive product experiences;• Continuously refine the product experience by incorporating feedback from both the team and users through iterative design;• Build the presentation of every solution;• Responsive designs;• Elaborate motion graphics to test our solutions;
