• Wrote Terraform to initialize and manage compute engine, service accounts, and artifact registry Google Cloud resources to improve services across the Pantheon platform• Increased SRE adoption within Pantheon engineering squads by collaborating in service maturity assessments and service risk assessments for production services• Completed 5-week instructor-led Google Cloud Site Reliability Engineer Course to learn SRE principles, practices, cultural tenets, SLO theory, and SLO crafting• Planned and executed a migration strategy for Pantheon’s containers from Quay.io to Google Artifact Registry, improving availability, permission scopes and decreased hosting costs for the engineering organization• Participated in on-call engineer rotation, responding to automated alerts and engineer escalations to ensure the stability, reliability, and performance production infrastructure• Acted as incident commander leading a group of engineers to remediate and communicate platform incidents in an organized and timely fashion• Presented at company on-site engineering conference about Software Supply Chain Security, explained ways to reduce source, build, and deployment threats in the software development pipeline• Improved the software deployment pipeline supply chain security of containers by identifying operating system and package security vulnerabilities in container images using Google Cloud API’s• Instructed security engineering team how to consume cloud container security vulnerability logs using Pantheon’s security information and event management (SIEM) tools• Led Pantheon’s Black and Latinx Employee resource group, collaborated with members and DEIA manager to organize company-wide events that promoted inclusion, raised cultural awareness and celebrated Black and Latinx communities

• Owned and maintained a Drupal 7 based web publishing platform supporting more than 1200 websites, 1500 content authors, and more than 2.5 million pageviews per day.• Built, maintained, and deployed web server configuration for Web Express infrastructure using Ansible.• Developed and deployed Python REST API’s to Google Cloud Platform used to orchestrate deployments and updates of Drupal 7 instances hosted on-prem and on Pantheon web hosting.• Collaborated with the development team to improve service performance and capacity with the use of New Relic APM and Kibana.• Handled after hours service incidents in a timely manner during two-week on-call rotation periods, ensuring Web Express service uptime and reliability.• Wrote orchestration tools and led the migration of 1000 Drupal 7 websites to cloud web hosting (Pantheon) over the course of three months.

WebExpress Team at the Office of Strategic Relations• Developed new features for Express, a Drupal 7 profile, and custom Drupal modules.• Built LAMP local development environments for Express using Vagrant and Docker for other members to develop and test code changes.• Identified and fixed navigation issues in the Express front-end to improve accessibility for screen reader users.• Set up Travis-CI and Behat testing for all Express modules to minimize bugs in deployments.

Research Assistant through the Discovery Learning Apprenticeship through the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences.• Working with Assistant Professor Shaun Kane in exploring and developing new ways of interacting with 3D printers.• Organized and planned a user study to better understand the way people perceive 3D printing, as well to better understand the elements of tabletop games improved or augmented with the help of 3D fabrication.• Co-authored a research paper that was submitted and accepted to ACM Creativity and Cognition Conference. Fabrication Games: using 3D printers to explore new interactions for tabletop games. Proceedings of Creativity and Cognition ’17, 51- 62. (acceptance rate 29%)
