Startin on April 2021, I am currently working with Charles Schwab as a backend Software Engineer, with severail APIs, Databases and Message queues, I just started, so I will update this soon.I worked at Microsoft as a software engineer vendor for the Web Compliance Portal for 21 months. I was part of the WCP team, where I was maintaining the functionality and developing new features and enhancements to the portal that serves all Microsoft sites. This Portal is intended to centralize all the compliance validations for all Microsoft web sites across all the organization. This portal was originally start as the Cookie portal to have a centralize portal to validate if the Microsoft sites were compliant to the regulations that apply in the EEA (European Economic Area) and Switzerland to enforce the GDPR data requirements. As an achievement I worked on the second and third phase of the portal, on November 2019, adding Accessibility scan for all sites. Which is an automated accessibility scanner for all sites within Microsoft, as Microsoft is requiring all it's site to get a C grade as a minimum in accessibility byt targetting to have all it's site in a B grade. On March 2020, adding the security scan to verify all sites against several security validations.With these 2 functionalities and more to come we have become Web Compliance Portal, where we are creating a set of tools to standardized how all Microsoft sites are being validated to be compliant to the different areas where Microsoft is looking to enforce within all it's sites. While working on this portal I used many of the features that Azure offers, as the server less Azure functions, Message Queues, SQL Server Database, Blob Storage, Features Manager among others. I worked with Vue js in the fron end with Java Script.

Responsible for budgest, people care, PTO management, medical leaves, salary planning, rates negociation, visas process review and follow up, timesheets follow up, performance evaluations.Some of the achievements: - I have in my time as an OM was keep the size of accounts that were decreasing for some time - Re-organize 2 accounts that didn't have any order and create some reports to follow up progress of these accounts, having as a result the real finacial status and operation of these accounts, and identifiying the minimun rate for each resurce, and set the project in the correct status and work with the upper management on some strategies to set the projects on track. - Automate 2 main processes required for every operations manager in the organization, reducing the time for load and reports from 1 and half hour for each account to 10 minutes, saving consdiderable time of all managers.

Create daily bugs reports for my manager and for the team. Coordinate the interviews for the new candidates assigning a developer or interview them myself. Coordinator for training and growth plan for all the developer on my team and plan Integration activities for the team on my two sites. This portal has been developed on ASP .NET with C# with frameworks from 1.1 to 4.5. The content is dynamic, and it is display using a framework developed by the company using XML files to define the HTML injection of the controls on the different pages. When I was at esurance they had web services, SQL Server 2008 and 2017, Visual Studio 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2017, Rational Clear Case and TFS as the repository and version management systems, by the end they moved to Attlasian tools, like Jira and Confluence and some repositories were moved to Bitbucket. For the time I worked here I participate in several projects as the customer flow (main web application to create quotes for vehicles and sell policies), internal sales agent application (web base applications for sales agents), online binds (SOAP web service for partners), internal sale agents redesign (create a whole new web site look and feel maintaining up both applications, current and new ui), Mobile web applications and Mobile web services in WCF restful JSON services. We implemented SSO for the site to manage the authentication. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop the full partner’s web application for AMD with .NET technologies. Define and Develop basics layers (DAL, BLL) for all systems modules in solutions as .NET Assembly Libraries and the dashboard portal as ASP.NET Web Application. Develop SAP Interfaces to retrieve information from SAP or update information with SAP. Design, development and testing of the survey's module. Bug fixing for issues. Create unit testing for my modules using NUnit and MOQ to implement continuous integration and continuous delivering process, using VSTS. Develop POCs for solutions approach. Analysis and bugs fixing of the customer escalated issues. Used T-SQL to retrieve, manipulate and filter data from databases. Environment: MOSS 2007 project, developed on the 3.5 .NET Framework, with C#, LINQ, JavaScript, ASP .NET, SQL Server 2005, NUnit and MOQ for test automation. Roles & Responsibilities: Used PL-SQL to retrieve, manipulate and filter data from Oracle databases. Review the new requirements from customer and propose the new implementation and estimation. Coordinate the development of the migration projects according to the plan. Test all migration modules and ensure they work correctly and they do not affect current modules. Perform Unit testing, Integration testing Analyze new requirements from the customer to create the Technical design and estimations. Review and fix issues found by the customer. Review and test all the front-end functionalities with Visual Basic Script. Create documentation for all the applications to keep it up to date. Coordinate the migrations for this GE financials applications where GE manage all the real estate properties, they have within the USA territory. Project Description: Developed a project base on MOSS and Microsoft Office 2007, as a collaborative tool for real estate appraisers, developed in SharePoint, InfoPath, C#, Workflow Foundation, JavaScript, ASP .NET, Webparts, Sql server 2005. Roles & Responsibilities: Work with the team on the design of the initial solution, involved in data base design, custom modules and behavior for each of them, design the look and feel of the applications and the controls. Develop on functional proof of concept to present to the customer. Create functional web parts for specific tools and functionalities. Develop a web parts to help valuators to find properties within a custom polygon in a Microsoft map, now bing maps, they can draw in and get all properties and its information, this was using the maps API from Microsoft, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Create stored procedures and tables based on the design. Create InfoPath forms to get information from valuators and manage it with the work flow. Create WWF workflows for different flows. Create custom types within SharePoint as required. This was one of the best projects I have worked in, as this was led by a current Microsoft MVP and regional Director. With Him leading we were able to use the latest technology at this time and I learned a lot. We develop several features using the latest of the .NET framework, as WWF, InfoPath, SharePoint Webparts, and this SharePoint based application a really good developed application with a great technical team and organization, by the end we migrate this application to a web application out of SharePoint using ASP .Net, but all the back end was mostly the same. When I work for the racks configuration system, I work on a .NET tool to parse C++ MFC files and generate a .NET version of the MFC windows or screens, with this I automate the migration from MFC to Windows Forms. Define all the components that users can add to the shopping cart stored in XML files, so we parse all and find all relationships with XPath. I was within the team that develop the System Update application for all the IBM computers, this still running with newer versions with Lenovo systems. I was part of the team in the hand over take over to Lenovo. I developed a tool to manage all the web services response parsing and displaying it. This project was originally developed in Java and was migrate to C# and .Net starting in the framework 1.1.
