Manage the development and implementation of Human Resources department, goals, objectives,policies and priorities for each function.Plan, organize, direct, coordinate the Human Resources Department's work plan; assigns projectsand programmatic responsibilities; review and evaluate work methods and procedures; meet withstaff to identify and resolve problems.Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.Responsible for records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance evaluation, and terminations.
