Project Description/Scope: Java Training Program 2019 and Scrum Poker Project [internal] Responsibilities/Deliverables:• Inherited an AWS infrastructure managed with terraform and bash scripts used for an internal Java training program and a scrum poker planning tool.• First iteration was to update terraform scripts de-hardcore the Amazon AMIs, reduce code by using modules and replace the deployment bash scripts with ansible playbooks.• Second iteration were generating golden images with ansible and packer, make the terraform modules dependent of thoseAMIs.• Third iteration was setting a full pipline with internal gitlab repo and a roadline to migrate the app to a docker container and a orchestration tool, time was not on our side and the application were deployed on internal cloud servers.Achievements: Award and a badge for participating on a training program and for giving some sessions on terraform best practices.
