Certified by Agilent Technologies in Gas Chromatography, Flame and Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption, and UV-Visible Molecular Spectrophotometry and Fluorescence.- Assist customers by providing solutions to problems caused by the handling of equipment from Agilent Technologies – Hewlett-Packard, Wasson, Varian, Parker, and Analytik Jena.- Technical support for chromatography lines (GC, GC-MS, and LC), spectroscopy (UV-Visible-NIR, Fluorescence, AA, ICP-OES, ICP-MS), elemental analyzers, dissolution systems, and gas generators.- Install instruments and provide training to customers on the different analytical techniques offered.- Provide technical support to customers regarding any issues or malfunctions with their equipment.- Instrument validation and calibration (OQ-PV).- Promote the benefits of new sales strategies by the company to meet customer needs and contribute to the company's revenue.- Internal staff training through internal courses and support during services.
