Current• Initial design of aluminum extrusions for custom Curtain Wall systems to meet Architect's details and specifications for structural, ballistic, bomb blast, vertical expansion, cost, water and air infiltration, thermal, and acoustical performance.• Prepare presentation details and 3D models of typical and special fabrication conditions for bid package.• Design of aluminum and steel hooks to resist and transfer critical wind and dead loads.• Design of steel substructure of Curtain Wall for special project conditions as well as for performance and visual mock-ups.• Design of Inserts and Anchorage for to building components such as slabs, concrete structures, steel beams and columns, etc. to meet maximum horizontal and vertical reactions.• Material take-offs for cost estimates and purchase orders of glass, louvers, full length panels and extrusions, structural steel members, bolts and anchors, and all other miscellaneous components of curtain wall systems.• QA/QC of performance mock-up installations and testing procedures for wind and seismic, missile impact tests, thermal, water and pressure tests.• Oversee of the project during all phases from design through the shop drawing process, to the fabrication and assembly, where I addressed structural and performance concerns from engineering staff and assembly lines.• Became Experienced Autodesk Inventor Trainer. Travelled to China for a month to introduce Inventor to personnel in different cities. Aided with the setup of Inventor fabrication. From Inventor drawing to Programming to CNC Machine.• Capable of developing a fully flexible units by means of parameters and multi-body modeling
