Lo que logró reducir los defectos 17,28 y 21 % en las tres lineas de producción de OPAS , y lograr identificar los elementos influyentes que afectan la calidad.-Desarrollo e implementación de +85 tableros de gestión y visualización de datos en PI System, lo que permitió aumentar la conciencia situacional en los procesos de Acondicimiento de Concentrados, Extracción por Solvente, Producctos Puros y Tratamiento de Licores.-Desarrollo e implementación de +15 estandares operacionales, documentados que registran los parametros optimos de operación y definieron limites de control para el cumplimiento de la calidad de los procesos de hidrometalúgia.-Creación de reporte de desviaciones y causas comunes a traves de Power BI , lo que permitió generar un seguimiento y agrupación de causas de desviación de calidad. -Implementación de herramientas de control de procesos y Ciclo DMAIC en el proceso de Extraccion por solvente, realizando estudios de R&R, cartas de control y levantamiento de los estandares de calidad.-Implementación de herramientas de transformación digital, lo que permitió automatizar mas de 13 reportes diarios y de producción, reduciendo las horas hombre para emisión de reportes, y la visualización estandarizada de la información y el dato único.
