Assistant Coach for Bloomingdale wrestling team, with over 11 years of wrestling experience, aimed to instruct and coach athletes to develop their unique style, identify key technical movements and instill work ethic to advance their wrestling career. In the 2015-2016, 7 athletes reached the Regional Tournament and 1 athlete made it to the FHSAA State Tournament.

Defensive Coach for Varsity Football specializing with the Linebackers and Defensive Line. Additionally assisting in the Strength and Conditioning Program for the Football program and all components associated with the advancement of the player and their athletic performance.

Certified Personal Trainer providing quality training and program design to allow clients to see results and make fitness a lifestyle. Primary specialties include strength and conditioning, weight loss, functional training, and athletic performance. Additionally, provide nutritional advice and guidelines to help clients acquire the results they seek and accompany the resistance programs to effectively accomplish and achieve goals.

Collaborate with fellow interns to ensure that the facility is set-up and ready for teams to follow their designed strength programs. Assist in coaching and instructing athletes to perform lifts properly and safely, as well as assist head coaches manage the athletes and ensure they follow the designed strength program. Maintain facility equipment, clean the facility floor when workouts are complete and provide service for athletes in the nutrition area.
