The mission of DOTS RPG Project is to improve accessibility in tabletop roleplaying games, one adventure at a time.

By intersecting video games and tabletop roleplaying games (TTPRGs) with charity fundraising, I have mobilized my community and fundraised over $298,000 for causes like Palestine Children's Relief Fund, National Abortion Federation, Medical Aid for Palestinians, Trans Lifeline, and more. The funds have been raised through TTRPG charity bundles, streams, and online auctions.

The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. March of Dimes works to address racial disparities in prematurity rates as birth outcomes in the United States show considerable variation by race and ethnicity. In my role as Donor Development Manager, I was accountable for implementing organizational best practices in regard to recruiting and managing high-level volunteers, revenue generators, and sponsorships. I led each day and interaction with mission and passion while empowering volunteers and stakeholders to engage in peer-to-peer fundraising.

I worked with Executive Leadership at March of Dimes create SPECTRUM (Sexuality, Pride, Education, Community, Truth, Respect, and Unity at March of Dimes) the LGTBQIA+ March of Dimes Employee Resource Group. SPECTRUM officially launched in March 2021 and has sponsored pronoun and gender identity training for staff, March with Pride June employee activities, and hosts monthly general body meetings to promote learning and community.The mission of SPECTRUM is building a supportive and affirming atmosphere for March of Dimes employees who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, asexual, agender or allies to their LGBTQIA+ peers.

The American Cancer Society's mission is to save lives, celebrate lives, and lead the fight for a world without cancer. As a Community Development Manager, I engaged multiple communities and constituents resulting in exceeding target revenue goal for my portfolio of three Relay for Life events. I accomplished this by developing strong relationships with volunteers, sponsors, and key community leaders to drive revenue and event participation. In addition to coaching and managing over 800 peer to peer fundraisers and volunteer event leads, I collaborated on multiple cross market events within my team.

Cardinal Kitchen is Ball State University's campus food pantry. The pantry is located in the Multicultural Center and is available for use to all undergraduate and graduate students.After founding the pantry during my undergraduate senior year, I continued to serve the pantry during my two years of my graduate schooling as the Unit Director of the Cardinal Kitchen. My duties included directing the daily operations of the pantry including inventory, volunteers, donations, and social medias.

I created a student organized food pantry at Ball State and served as the Executive Director for the first year of it's operation during my final year of my undergraduate degree. During its first year, I established the constitution and Operating Manual and managed a team of volunteers and members in addition to creating and managing the "Cardinal Kitchen" social medias.
