Risk Management Services (RMS): Risk Management is an internal function within EY, responsible for protecting the organization from the risks that may arise from its professional practice. Working closely with all parts of the organization to identify and manage risks providing coordinated advice and assistance on audit independence. It ensures that all the dealings with Engagement Team member practices and audit clients are fair and independent. Managing clients of APAC, EMEIA and AMERICAS region.Key roles & responsibilities:• Handled and mitigated the internal risks of the firm associated with accepting a new client or an engagement or risks associated with any of our on-going audit/ non-audit engagement.• Responsible for Quality Assurance through Internal Audit and Reviews, evaluating completeness, accuracy and appropriateness of proposed transaction/requests within agreed timeliness.• Managed the corporate clients, providing consultation for managing risks as per regulatory compliances of US Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) for Americas and EY standard protocols for EMEIA clients.• Performed internal audit of the work done by colleagues to ensure that the work is in adherence to Global Independence System (GIS) procedures.• Attended daily calls with the clients worldwide to identify the background of each work request performed and thereby ensure quality services to the clients.

• Managed quarterly reporting of US retirement plans. • Managed plan on-boarding, client terminations, weekly and monthly reports.• Developed new prospects for clients.• Managed fund replacements, fund additions and fund recommendations for clients.• Worked with financial advisors and clients in developing new investment options as per client requirements.

• Reviewing the Mathematical Accuracy of the financial reports to check the material differences for KPMG Clients. • Verifying the Internal Consistency of Financial Statements.• Quality check, which includes reviewing the financial reports to ensure the accuracy of the report post filing in SEC website.• Actively involved in testing of new tools and sharing the results and observations to the team for improvement.
