I am responsible for overseeing all planning, design, implementing of new technologies as well as oversee regular technical operations within Visual One Intelligence while reporting to the CTO. These responsibilities include developing the software go-to-market IT strategy, designing internal infrastructure (systems, security, communication, cloud, etc.), and monitor application deployment,. This requires regularly analyzing the business requirements to determine technology needs and creating a roadmap to implementing solutions based on prioritization of the business. I am responsible for ensuring smooth delivery and operation of IT services and the monitoring of those services. I provide direction, guidance, and training to staff for various IT systems. I also managed all technical policies and governance as we obtained and maintain SOC II compliance.

My experience with Hyperconverged Solutions, Traditional Compute Engineering, Enterprise Storage Architecture, and Virtualization allows me to aid our customers in the analysis, design, architecture, configuration, and deployment of various technology solutions based on their business need. These solutions span from traditional AS/400 environments to clustered Flash System deployments. My consultative responsibilities include meeting with IT department executives to conduct Agile Strategic IT Planning Sessions, recommending robust technological solutions based on IT direction, and offering technical support to implement those solutions. In addition to enterprise business consultation, I continue to provide technical services to IT departments. These technical services responsibilities include: data center migrations, complex storage implementations, virtualization configuration, disaster recovery services, and end user support.

My primary function at Clear Technologies has been a technical consultant for AS/400, iSeries, Power Systems, and PureFlex server environments as well as V7000 storage environments. Duties include system architecture/design, solution development, hardware/software implementation, regular system maintenance, hardware repair, iTera replication, BRMS implementation and data recovery services. I work on pre-sales solution development, project implementation, and post-sales support. I was awarded the Innovation Award for the development of services offerings that resulted in significant financial revenue for Clear Technologies.

As the Remote Systems Administrator responsible for managing and maintaining multiple customer environments from a remote location. Problem resolution, user administration, backup management, PTF maintenance, and application troubleshooting are all regular activities I perform. Due to a high level of automation and the effectiveness of internal processes, I was able to simultaneously accommodate the administrative needs of five different companies, while giving direction to the other administrators.

I was responsible for various levels of internal IT support. I built custom programs using Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, and InfoPath) to aid in the company's record keeping process. I was the backup internal support technician for desktop support. I also passed the IBM xSeries Technical Consultant test and became a certified Double Take professional in order to aid with the backup for our internal environment.
