Forma parte del equipo de Ardytek donde está involucrado en todas las fases de los proyectos, desde su fase inicial de anteproyecto hasta la dirección de obra.

Trabajé en Broadway Malyan, una empresa internacional de Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Diseño desarrollando las últimas fases de la obra del proyecto "Nine Elms (Londres)". Nine Elms es un gran proyecto residencial compuesto por 4 bloques y 3 torres de viviendas al que complementa un gran supermercado en planta baja. El anteproyecto ha sido diseñado por "Rolfe Judd architecture" y nuestra empresa fue contratadas para realizar el proyecto básico, proyecto de ejecución y seguimiento de obra. Desde abril de 2015 formé parte del equipo de "Nine Elms", liderando alguno de los paquetes del proyecto básico y de ejecución, hasta llegar a liderar el equipo. En el día a día los programas informáticos con los que trabajé son principalmente Revit, Autocad y Photoshop además de coordinar toda la información con los ingenieros y subcontratistas y asistir semanalmente a visitas de obra y reuniones con el cliente (Barratt London - empresa constructora y promotora del complejo).Previamente a "Nine Elms" trabajé durante 6 meses en el proyecto básico de un gran complejo residencial en Beaufort Park (Londres). Durante este periodo mi trabajo consistía en realizar junto con el equipo, diferentes propuestas para presentarle en reuniones semanales al cliente (St. George – empresa constructora y promotora del complejo).Los siguientes 6 meses me uní al equipo en obra del proyecto "Battersea Reach (Londres)". Otro complejo residencial en el que estuve envuelto en 3 bloques de viviendas. Este proyecto me permitió poner en práctica mis habilidades constructivas antes de empezar en "Nine Elms". Mis principales tareas eran solucionar problemas en obra, desarrollar detalles constructivos, atender a reuniones con subcontratistas y el cliente (St. George – empresa constructora y promotora del complejo) y coordinar diferentes aspectos del proyecto.

I have been part of a great company doing large projects both in Iraq and UK. One of the first projects that I collaborated was the design and the modeling of “Rutland Drive House” which is located in Richmond (London). Another important project I have been involved was the “Youth City” Masterplan, working on the design of the Landscape and helping the engineers, and developing one of the building of this masterplan “Baghdad Library”. The last main project that I worked on was the design, buildings modeling and post-production images of “Basra Medical City” Masterplan.·Working both individually as well as within a team to design ideas. My general duties were:·Assisting the senior architect with the design of projects.·Producing tender documentation and detailed drawing packages and preparing reports.·Collaborating with the Modeling of buildings and post-production of images.

I forms a part of the management committee of Felt Perspective, nowadays co-author and person in charge of the projects and directions of works and events of the group.

During six months I was part of this company I have worked on the architecture and part of the construction. I worked on the design of private houses and industrial buildings made ​​with precast concrete. I´ve working on the budgets and I have collaborated with technicians and engineers in the technical stages. My general duties were:·Assisting the senior architect with the design projects.·Producing Budgets and Measurements of buildings.·Collaborating in refurbishment projects.

I worked during three months in Italy with the senior architect of the SOFIA Engineering Study to create the design and development of plans for the "New market Vivo Valentia" and the refurbishment of private houses. My general duties were:·Assisting the senior architect with the design projects.·Producing architectural drawings and graphic design.

I was part of a small architectural company working everyday with the senior architect of the study and director. During this period I worked in the design, production of architectural drawings and the I worked on all the stages of refurbishment of “Twenty-eight social housing” in Jerez de la Frontera. Another main project I worked on was the design and production of plans for a “Winery-restaurant” and the refurbishment of a Private house and a Pharmacy. My general duties were:·Producing architectural drawing drafting,tender documentation and reports.·Collaborating with the Modeling of buildings and post-production of images.·Assisting the senior architect with the design of project

I was part of the team of this great company working on the design and production of several private projects and I was part of the competitions team. My general duties were:·Working on urban projects.·Collaborating with the competitions team.·Producing architectural drawings.
