• In the CATALYST project, supplying resources from my team in the staffing, protecting the government’s model by complying with LATAM and global strategies. • I built the IS Road Maps by area and business cases. • I made the career path, succession plans for team members’ replacements. • Managed the vendor relationship. • I integrated support & optimization the IT infrastructure in 100 Kraft Cadbury applications around 3,000 users in scope in Supply Chain, Finance & HR. • Managed the Kraft Cadbury integration project portfolio in areas like: ➢ Finance: Expenses / Overheads / Replace Corporate Reporting Tool / Advertising & Consumer / Cost alignment Material Ledger. ➢ Supply Chain: 3PL with DHL / Customer Discounts Management / Electronic Invoice. ➢ Human Resources: Time & Attendance / Payroll Consolidation / HR Automation Outsourcing (HRAO) / Travel & Expenses. • Represented Mexico and took decisions about the LATAM IT Strategy meetings in Brazil, Argentina & North America to blueprint the support model, define the staffing and partners selection like IBM, Infosys and TATA establishing the SLAs for applications governance. • Conducted the business process improvement for OTC & STP, and as a result, directed the optimization, the Supply Chain processes for order entry, receipt and shipping. • Created the tax recovery process with benefits over MXP$ 180 MM. • Headed electronic invoice stabilization for Wal-Mart offset nonperforming loans over USD $ 6 MM. • Directed the global Competency Center for PRISM & JDE implementing the model in Mexico, China & The Philippines in site. Managed the software factory, answered queries from Kraft World for application functionality, solution shaping, audits, SOX & DRP achieving 100% compliance. Connected timely Logistics, Manufacturing, and Costs Systems from the USA plants to Mexico. Prev.
