About Jet Townsend, Idsa
After 15 years in the software business doing everything from infrastructure to tools development to privacy and security I decided to study design. In May, 2009, I was the first person to receive a Master of Tangible Interaction Design from Carnegie Mellon University.I'm now working on projects that use both my design and engineering skills to ask new questions and find new problems to solve.Specialties: Switching from strategic to tactical perspectives and back again, researching and developing new products and technology, answering security and privacy questions with an eye towards the individual, design across disciplines, coordinating between groups with different goals and agendas, writing long sentences.
