The services offered to enable us to engage across all key transformative development stages of an individual.• Team up with HQ team to kick start the Apple project in the campus by distributing iPad devices to all staff members and students as well as install and configure Apple TV. • Assist the HQ team and vendor to upgrade the network for the whole campus.• Troubleshoot iPad problems and help to manage over 500 iPads for both teachers and students.• Assist the HQ team and the trainers from Singapore to provide iPad training to the teachers.• Provide iPad technical support to the teachers.• Provide technical support for PCs, servers, software/hardware installation and licensing, hence ensuring technical standards within the school.• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve a range of software, hardware and connectivity as well as network issues on a daily basis.• Install, configure, setup and maintain back-end and front-end systems, hence ensuring maximum system uptime and assurance.• Record and maintain records of existing PCs, hence allowing flexible comparison between technical equipment within the office.• Provide technical advice, support and analysis of current and proposed network and security architectures and capabilities• Analyzing and evaluating technology and network security services for current and future network development.• Carried out on-site installation of desktops and supported security products.• Create user profiles via Active Directory.
