As a referral coordinator at St. John's Well Child & Family Center, I work with a team of dedicated professionals to provide access to quality healthcare for low-income and underserved communities in Los Angeles. I have over seven years of experience in this role, where I manage and process referrals, communicate with patients and providers, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. I have also enhanced my skills in customer service, multitasking, and problem-solving, as well as in Ruby and JavaScript, through online courses that I completed in 2021 and 2022. My mission is to support the health and well-being of the people I serve, and to contribute to the organization's vision of building healthy communities through advocacy, education, and innovation.
