Taylor most recently served as chairman of NeoGames, S.A. (Nasdaq: NGMS) a global leader in the provision of internet lottery and gaming technology and services, a Company that he helped take public and ultimately sold to Aristocrat (ASX:ALL). Prior to NeoGames, Taylor served as the Executive Chairman of Twin River Worldwide Holdings, now known as Bally’s Corporation, Inc., (NYSE: BALY). From its bankruptcy emergence in 2010, Taylor helped grow the company in nine years from a single video lottery casino and horse track venue to a publicly traded company on the NYSE with seven full service casinos, many with hotels. Earlier, Taylor was the CEO of GameLogic, Inc, a company focused on the provision of internet games to allow regulated casinos and lotteries to engage with their customers on-line. The company was ultimately sold to Scientific Games Corporation (Nasdaq: SGMS)He spent nearly 10 years at GTECH Corporation now known as IGT (NYSE:IGT), the leading international provider of lottery services to governments. While there, he founded and was CEO of its global gaming/entertainment subsidiary, which owned pari-mutuels facilities, operated and developed racinos/casinos and provided gaming technology for government sponsored gaming operations.Prior to GTECH, Taylor served as a Special Assistant to the Governor of Rhode Island. Taylor is a graduate of Rhode Island College and received an honorary Doctorate of Business Administration, from Johnson & Wales University where he currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees.
