• Support deal structuring, contract creation, pricing, review and approval for offers, contract management and providing support to field sales for quoting purposes.
• Ensures deals are structured and processed efficiently and align to company policies.
• Reviews, interprets and confirms contract terms and conditions; works closely with finance and legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate.
• Responsible for the handling of day-to-day queries from groups including, sales, sales development and account management teams using quoting tools and/or CRM system.

• End-to-end value add consultancy and project management from Presales through the Delivery Phase.
• Controlling and managing the administrative aspects of projects in the areas of deal assessment; deal governance and approvals; multinational compliance; SOX compliance and order acceptance; customer invoicing; legal.
• Complete deal assessment activities to determine the appropriate level of consultancy and ownership on a deal by deal basis (i.e.: Standard vs. Complex).
• Provide advisory and consultancy with Sales, Delivery and the Business during the crafting of a project proposal and onwards through ongoing project performance.

Singapore

• Provide end-to-end consultancy and support on internal processes and policies; compliance and financial matters; and manage all financial and administrative processes of delivery.
• Follow through with Back Office for SAP project setup, Sales Order Creation, Goods Receipt, Invoicing and other system tasks.
• Provide updates on projects via various WW reports and maintain project files in accordance with the business control retention policies.
• Responsible for business controls, approvals, deal compliance throughout the Engagement lifecycle, support country Operational Excellence Reviews (OER).
• Provides support to Delivery Project Manager and Finance Analyst for project forecasting related and month-end close activities.

• Conduct site survey, determine required materials and prepare project proposals for customers.
• Attend project kick-off meetings with engineers and customers.
• Ensure installation work is done in accordance with safety work procedures.
• Perform Commissioning, Integration, troubleshooting and maintenance of communication equipment.
• Coordinate with clients and installation teams on site requirements and progress.
• Update of site status.
