• Receive an average of 20 cases regarding child welfare in Miami-Dade County• Work with local law enforcement, mental health service providers, medical providers and judicial representatives to ensure the well-being of children and families• Serve as agency representative in front of Circuit Court Judge to convey status of children and families which serves to guide legal judicial recommendation• Conducting monthly home visits to asses clients and prepare documentation• Responsible for all aspects of social work regarding the child and family• Cooperate in sharing of resources and information with other community, county, and state organizations

• Mentor 50 youth ages 9 to 12 from high risk communities, in an effort to encourage leadership, wellness, and physical activity and civic engagement• Create and implement multifaceted youth-oriented physical activities at two local elementary schools that promoted team building and social interactions• Manage data processing and input for youth fitness testing that included pre- and post-testing fitness metrics • Asset mapping and processing resources within communities

• Support overall store function by overseeing all theft-prevention initiatives, including strategic product organization to reduce profit loss and conduct internal investigation of fraudulent store privileges or benefits • Bi-Weekly morning rallies to inform team members of status quo, improving the future goal
