From the beginning I have been in the customer service industry with an emphasis on sales and business management. Coming from a family in the restaurant industry I grew up and acquired the skills to work with people and provide them with quality service. After high school I decided that the 4 year college route wasn't for me so I went and learned the skills needed to do what I always had a passion for, creating art through the beauty industry. After completing my education I did what I knew best, I started my own business. However, that wasn't enough for me, I wanted to learn all the aspects of the industry so I returned to school and completed the course to attain my instructors license and began passing on my knowledge to students that had the same passion as I did. I decided the time was right for my return to Texas where I joined the sales team with RDA and achieved enormous growth in sales, each year having a 30%+ growth with my accounts. In addition growing existing accounts I also attained many new accounts by providing what was taught to me as a child, that if you provide customer service, you will always do well in any industry.
