I’ve always had a passion for retail. No matter how much experience I get, there is always more to learn, more to accomplish. The complexity of the markets, the need for drive and innovation, the customer expectations, the market demand, the competition and the world around us comes with fresh challenges requiring fresh approaches every day.For 10 years i have been working in retail in different positions starting from store management to top of operations in different multinational companies for brands like Megatek , Jumbo, LC Waikiki and Miele .Held key and decision making roles as well as executive roles in expansion projects, new store openings, budgeting, contract negotiations, procurement, inventory management, sales management, location search and set, product and service optimizations.Building teams, and driving them to succeed on ambitious targets through coaching, teaching and motivation has been my core focus from the start.
