In my role at the International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP) in the Western Balkans region, I am involved in several significant initiatives:Managing, monitoring, and coordinating ICMP’s Albania Small Grants Program, which plays a crucial role in our Civil Society Initiatives focused on reconciliation and peacebuilding.Supporting and strengthening family associations and other non-government organizations across the Western Balkans by providing third-party support or sub-awards for projects that promote public engagement with the issue of missing persons.Advocating and lobbying state authorities to ensure the preservation and protection of Communist-era labor camps, execution sites, and burial grounds. Additionally, working to build historical memory through commemorative events and memorials.Organizing and monitoring bilateral and multilateral meetings among Western Balkan States to address the issue of missing persons from the Yugoslav Conflict. This collaborative effort is essential to ICMP's mission and contributes significantly to Transitional Justice and Peacekeeping efforts in the region.

LEAD Albania, a fellowship program modeled after the White House Fellows Program, aims to provide successful Albanian professionals with first-hand experience in the process of governing Albania. In my role within the Prime Minister's Cabinet, I provided strategic advice on regional affairs, including foreign policy, diplomacy, and security. I analyzed and monitored regional developments, offered recommendations, and collaborated with government agencies and civil society to promote Albania's regional interests and stability. I also ensured the alignment of Albania's regional agenda with its broader development strategy.

▪ Coordinates the work and supports the structures of the Ministry for the implementation of the duties deriving from the obligations of the EU - Stabilization and Association Agreement▪ Coordinates the work of inter-institutional working groups created within the framework of the obligations and responsibilities arising from the European integration process.▪ Participates in working groups for drafting documents and strategies related to European integration issues.▪ Calls in meetings and manages Chapters 2, 20, and 28 of the EU legislation.

Students on occasion are assigned to Research/Teaching Assistants, such as myself, to guide and help them manage the research process from drafts to final papers. And teach when ever possible.
