Among many other things, I both coordinated and realized the renewal of Be More's online presence, fine-tuned communication (from social media to press statements) and automated the back office (from lead management to process optimization).

Worldmapping enables groups of young people (aged 14 - 18) to participate in expeditions to developing countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America. These trips teach tomorrow's leaders valuable skills and change their perspective on the world and global topics such as international development and cultural similarities and differences.As founder and director of Worldmapping, within just a few years I turned a revolutionary idea into a successful and profitable business, enabling thousands of young people to travel all over the world, and providing a financial boost for local people and partners.

As Project Manager Innovation at RNW I was on top of developments in media and technology, always on the lookout for the best new opportunities to provide our audience with news and information. I advised both board and editor in chief about using new communication possibilities. With my interdisciplinary teams, I managed the development of these ideas into successful new products and services. One of my biggest achievements was digitalizing RNW's huge and valuable multimedia archive, with excellent results and meeting all requirements of quality, budget and time.

Starting out as a Software Engineer and ending up working as a Project Manager, I developed a broad and deep set of skills during my time at GX. At first, I independently programmed software components of GX's web content management system. However, I soon began training customers, partners and engineers, in The Netherlands and even India. Later on, I became Project Manager for corporate accounts, taking on some of the more challenging projects. Among others I worked with companies such as Voetbal International, Nationale Nederlanden, KPN, Mercedes and WPG.

As Cofounder & Secretary of Uthando charity I supported children in South Africa infected or affected by HIV/AIDS. Apart form many other successful projects, we raised over € 250.000,- in a joint effort with Omroep Gelderland, called 'Guldens voor het Goede Doel', enough to rebuild an entire orphanage previously destroyed by fire.
