Guna Airlines restarted its operation with Beechcraft 1900C and newly acquired Jetstream J41 aircafts. Managed successful induction of 5x Jetstream Series 4100 aircrafts into the airlines. Restructured the airline from top to bottom, strategized new sales and marketing plans. Single handedly established branding and fleet strategy including development of a comprehensive business plan. Spearheaded the hiring o 120 additional employees including heads of departments, thereby managing a total of 250 staff members including 40 pilots.Managed oversight of the key dimensions of the airline including Maintenance & Engineering, Safety, Air Operations, and Ground Operations. Improved efficiencies through the implementation of new tools and technologies on the ground and on flight deck, including check in kiosks, paperless boarding, merchandising, and introduction of ancillary services, thereby ensuring that the cost efficiency and growth plans are implemented for the coming years.

Setup a Part 147 Maintenance Training Organization from ground up to full fledged operation. Liaisoned successfully with Civil Aviation Ministry government officials and Civil Aviation Authorities to obtain permits and training projects. Successfully secured training for pilots, engineers and flight attendants for Shree Airlines (Nepal's largest helicopter and fixed wing operator). Met training targets for Nepal Airlines, Makalu Air, and various other domestic operators.Led NAA to become the premier training location for Flight Attendant Training and Aviation & Hospitality Training (ground handling, cargo, passenger services, and customer service agents). NAA is the first choice for training for Nepalese airline operators, an achievement that was secured in just 3 years!Initiated and successfully setup international JV training locations in Dhaka, Bangladesh (in collaboration with Cambrian Int'l College of Aviation) and in Kolkota, India (in collaboration with FlyUS Group) for offshore aviation trainings.
