Created and implemented a novel web-based visualization tool, BlueVision, on top of aresearch-oriented distributed, decentralized blockchain network implemented in Java. Authored the research paper: “BlueVision: A Visual Tool for Exploring a Blockchain Network”,detailing the tool, its efficacy, and purpose.

Grew GNC store location 5137 from rank 768 of 1011 in KPI metrics to rank 66 of 1011 in only 9 months for the year of 2022, also rose from rank 24 of 25 in district to rank 2 of 25 in district.As the General Manager at GNC, I oversaw and led the achievement of KPI metrics such as Sales Plan, Average Sale, UPT, Conversion rate, Membership rate, and Routine Subscriptions. I drive social media and in-store marketing efforts, document store metrics weekly, and ensure effective loss prevention. I hire, train, and lead a high-performing team, taking complete responsibility for store maintenance, orders, sales, and conversion.

As the General Manager at 5 Star Nutrition LLC, I consistently achieved the highest average sale and transaction rate in the store, reflecting my ability to drive sales and provide exceptional customer experiences. I effectively led and guided the team in fulfilling their duties, ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining a high standard of service. In addition to overseeing daily operations, I managed marketing initiatives both inside and outside the store, conducting weekly business visits and implementing impactful promotions.
