I have been employed with the Solicitor General's Office for several years. My present position is an Administrative Assistant II. My job duties consist of mainly data entry, keep an updated certification with GCIC, and close out e-files. In addition; I answer incoming phone calls, testify in a court of law, and assist my co-workers if help is needed. Lastly but certainly not least; My humble attitude toward citizens is a must due to some are confused, need proper direction to other departments, or something as simple as a court date.
