Responsible for many tasks. I started with fitting guests for ski and snowboard boots and making sure they fit properly. I had to communicate with the guest what felt comfortable and explain the do's and don't's of fitting ski boots. I had to consult with the guest and examine there rental form to figure out the size that worked best for them. This also included adjusting the binding to the boot size and setting their DIN number to the proper balance of their weight, height, age, boot size and skier type. I was also responsible for putting snowboards together with bindings set to the proper angles that match the guests riding ability. There were multiple times I worked behind the computers checking guests in and explaining instructions and answering questions as well as learning POS system.
