Trifork is a company with a selected group of professionals. Trifork Amsterdam is founded as JTeam and formerly known as Orange11. Trifork is not a big company, but we know how to do projects. Therefore we can do a lot of different projects. Within our projects, quality is very important to us. We also like to do innovative projects. Therefore we know how to use new technologies and we also know when not to use them.For Trifork I was the Chief Architect. In this role I was responsible for technical guidance during peoples career. I helped interns becoming important developers on projects and helped seniors developing their exposure in the development scene.For Trifork I setup the architecture for a few bigger projects. I also took the first few steps to setup the search business unit which is doing a number of elasticsearch projects now. In this area I also developed an elasticsearch training and some other elasticsearch offerings that helped a number of customers to get a quick start into using elasticsearch.

I am a senior systems analyst at the Java Cell of Accenture Technology Solutions. Currently I am working as a technical team lead for about 10 people. We are doing a webservice project with a lot of springframework technologies. I am also helping to introduce a light weight RUP into the projects of my current customer. For ATS I am one of the seniors that helps management with things like: recruitment, annuals, coaching and career development of the juniors.

I have been working for Capgemini for about 7 years. The last 4 years I gained experience with java/J2EE. I was in a number of projects working with IBM Websphere and Oracle Application Server. One of my main interests is working with frameworks to simplify J2EE. This way I learned about Springframework and Oracle ADF. During my job within the ADC of Capgemini I had time to investigate these frameworks. We did a project with ADF and are using Springframework in multiple projects.
