Major Role：Direct and monitor NPI Materials group to purchase materials, develop Supplier,Porject budget and inventory control; I，Based on company developing strategy and new program timing, make the plan of NPI purchase; II，Based on Company police and law, set up purchase police and procedures standards： A，Make know the project background information, assigned people to prepare supplier information; B，Make sure the area of new materials and tooling, direct buyers to sorting suppliers; and arrange them to visit potential Suppliers, audit supplier qualification, capacity of production, financial status and potential risk； C，Make sure the goal of Engineering Change and New Design，Apply free samples or samples order to Supplier, provide new materials for Design team to do validation in time, ensure project timing; D，After get Design or Engineering Team Approval, quota with supplier about commercial items(like price, payment term, forwarder and guaranty), also need to push supplier to submit PPAP, and then make long term agreement; E，Based on Long-term contract, and release PO to supplier on time, ask supplier to ship goods out, also need to tracking the shipment; F，Regularly evaluate the performance of suppliers, and ask supplier for continues change and improvements； G，Tracking New Engineering and quality issues in Supplier side; H，Regularly review the project major issues, and report the status to Project team and Manager; III，Strictly control Purchase Budget； A，Set up budget by every project developing stage，avoid excess； B，Need to do analysis abnormal issue, and do solve plan; C，Regularly review the using status with Project manager and finance; IV，W/H Management； Control Material Turn, to avoid high inventory and raw materials pass due; maintain the database correctly; V，Buyers Management； Place project Buyers, and do train for them on related work；Regularly Review performance and woke schedule and give help and direct;
