I have had experience as a cashier in the food industry and experience as a gas station clerk. Further more I was also responsible for managing an online game server, that had a large stream of players joining everyday, I was responsable for managing and training the new staff members while also dealing with player reports and complaints, while also helping in updating the server's infrastructure to maintain player attraction. Through this experience i learned how important trust can be, and how deadlines are very detrimental to a game's vitality. Through this experience I have also learned that patience is a very important thing to have when it comes to training new staff, as they may get things wrong the first time around as they are still learning, and through my experiences I have learned that efficiency, patience, and trust are very important things to have, or find in another person.
