Handles new hires, conduct roll-out on new handlings/products and updates, support operations during AHOD.

Essential Functions✅ Provides regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management and the sales team. Collects data on actual financial performance, analyzes variances and prepares reports.✅ Research industry, market and competitor trends to effectively position sales proposals to win with maximum profitability.✅ Ability to analyze and communicate value based pricing strategies.✅ Identify opportunities to optimize sales and profitability through price strategies.✅ Performs pricing analysis associated with special projects.✅ Prepare cost/pricing models to include labor, materials, subcontracts, and travel; and write descriptive pricing volumes.✅ Provide project support and analysis to sales team, to include: accurate and profitable sales quotations, internal and external comparative price data, development and analysis of project budgets and monitoring of contract values, funding needs and change orders.✅ Coordinate proposal development with the sales team and management. Work on projects with moderate scope, complexity, and impact to the organization. Deliver analyses that promote understanding of moderately complex issues, and are important to strategy development and execution, and problem resolution. Apply technical aptitude and experience to complete assigned projects successfully.✅ Work with product management to develop and implement product price strategies to the various markets and channels.✅ Serves as a resource for internal customers by researching and answering their questions.✅ Perform other duties as assigned, including ad-hoc analysis on methods to optimize price through market and pricing strategies.

Accounts Payable SpecialistJob Description✅ Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment✅ Sort and distribute incoming mail✅ Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices, up to 100 plus line items✅ Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms✅ Process check requests✅ Audit and process credit card bills✅ Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly✅ Respond to all vendor inquiries✅ Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies✅ Assist in month end closing✅ Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices✅ Assist with other projects as needed

✅ Ensure that all websites and internet properties under your influence have been technically optimized to attract and engage those visitors that closely match the agreed profile of the target audience✅ Create the necessary technical architecture✅ Build systems and protocols internally that ensure all content is optimized across all platforms and user experiences (websites, mobile, social, video, blogs, retail portals etc)✅ Help set, and work to, performance indicators for SEO that everyone understands and which complement overall marketing and business objectives✅ Promote both offsite and onsite activities and also the interactions that build ranking, profile and traffic
