I joined QCC primarily as a BDM. During my 3 years at QCC, I continued to train as an operative and deliver TSCM services at the highest level. Part of my responsibility was to also deliver training. I was also involved in developing private sector counter surveillance equipment, and associated R&D into current technical threats in covert surveillance.As BDM, I tasked myself with an awareness campaign for target companies. Corporate espionage is still surrounded with smoke and mirrors. I developed a clear understanding of the threat within international companies, so that they can make an informed assessment about their own vulnerabilities, and working with me to lower their risk profile.I have worked with over 100 of the largest companies around the world to develop internal policies, processes and procedures to combat against confidential information loss.Over the past 12 years, I have personally operated in over 50 countries across Asia, Middle East, Europe, the Americas and worked for organisations in nearly 80 countries. This has given me a unique insight into international companies and working with various departments and cultures across their groups.

I joined WhiteRock in 2005 and quickly became a Senior Operations Leader, Business Developer and Account Manager to several global corporations. My principal responsibilities, as a Team Leader, were to ensure the management and training of all operational TSCM teams. I was also involved in research and development into TSCM inspection equipment and techniques. As a Business Development and Account Manager for several of WhiteRock’s key Clients, I managed the implementation of TSCM policies, service delivery and was involved in business development in specialised security services.

As a contractor I managed major accounts for Going Live across the UK, supporting multiple computer networks and telephony systems and running large-scale communications rooms for the financial sector. My professional background includes information technology design and implementation, security and support in corporate environments.
