• Duties & Responsibilities
• Preparation, submission, maintain and control of project required documents (Specifications/ Procedure/ Execution Plan) with respective stakeholders based on project proposal.
• Material submission and approval from Client (Specs/Brands/ Model) and preparation of overall MTO/ BOQ
• Report to Project manager about the progress, plans and solution to problems that can affect productivity / progress / schedule/ budget. Updating of Daily/Weekly Reports and 2-Week Look Ahead
• Arrange coordination meeting with respective parties (Internal/ Client/ Vendors/ Subcon) and record down minutes
• Follow up workshop fabrication works and maintain material control and traceability.

• Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project
• Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
• Coordinate with the Client, Authority representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Non-Compliance Report
• Control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS
• Responsible for the examination of systems to ensure completeness, punch lists preparation, and readiness for hydro tests activities.

• Duties & Responsibilities:
• Studies project documents such as design drawings, specifications, codes and standards
• Prepares material take off (MTO), checklists, shipping lists etc.
• Creates 2D fabrication drawings based on client approved for construction (AFC) drawings, mechanical/ piping detailing manual and other applicable codes and standards
• Executes drawing analysis and interpretation and prepares necessary revisions caused by drawing implications
• Performs other related works such as field verification and field assistance during fabrication/ erection stages

• Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepares plant layout and piping drawings and design deliverables to the required technical quality with minimum input from engineering personnel
• Ensure that designs comply with the relevant standards and procedures
• Identify scope and schedule changes in accordance with the Change Control Process
• Assist the Piping Design Engineers and others when requested in the execution of their responsibilities and duties through PDMS Software
• Act as document custodian for producing and maintaining the 3D modeling procedure through PDMS Software
