● Work with all members of the New Business Team to help with the onboarding of new clients.● Actively seeking new customer relationships by marketing our services via various channels such as PPC, search engine optimization, organic search engine optimization, E-Marketing and all social media channels.● Carrying out targeted email marketing campaigns to our existing customer base to help with both cross-sell and upsell opportunities.● Working with the Senior Management Team to build marketing strategies for both new and existing customers. ● Manage and control the junior marketing executive’s workflow and aid them when necessary. ● Designing and deploying all campaigns each month● Provide ongoing and post campaign performance analysis to senior members and in turn suggest recommendations as and when required.● Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.● Actively manages and develops relationships with new and existing customers when providing support with all aspects of the platform and solutions we provide from our portfolio. ● Manage marketing budgets for all campaigns while maximizing ROI on leads generated.● Implement and manage email marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and engage with customers.● Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
