Led a dynamic group of 46 mangers, consultants, and individual contributors. Created and implemented strategies for Data Center, Business Application, Information Security, and Endpoint Infrastructure technologies in a highly regulated environment. Significant leadership role in Due Diligence and Acquisition activities, Regulatory Compliance, IT Governance, Customer Experience, and Financial Management.* Responsible for concurrent planning and successful system integrations for three out of state, overnight Bank conversions.* Led Key Integration and Conversion teams as part of the Citizens Republic – FirstMerit Bank Merger.* Created a New Branch PCI Infrastructure Security Design. Led IT Integration and Conversion teams implementing the design and hardware upgrades for 360 Branch locations. * Led adoption of leading edge infrastructure technologies including Server, Storage, and Application Virtualization, Microsoft System Center, Virtual Desktops (VDI), offsite real-time data replication, Citrix Application Publishing, and Mobile Device Management.* Developed and trained individual contributors and managers, mentoring many from technician through multiple career advancements.* Developed Hybrid Outsourced / in-house IT Help Desk, and implemented ITIL based Help Desk software. Result was improved Service coupled with a reduction in required Desktop Support staff.* Instituted new functional groups within the company for Database Operations, Business Application integration and support, and Multimedia Technologies. * Created Distributed Systems Disaster Recovery site featuring real-time data mirroring for all key application and infrastructure systems.* Presided over vendor relations, and conducted significant successful contract negotiations including the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, IBM Passport, Outsourced IT Help Desk, Deskside Computer Service, and IT Procurement. * Full Enterprise software licensing and asset management responsibility.

Promoted to Officer, Assistant Vice-President, then Vice-President. Responsible for operational and strategic direction for Network, Distributed, and Endpoint systems technologies. Managed internal staff of 18, and two vendors under servicing contracts for hardware support.

Managed a group of 3 technicians, and an external service provider in support of the Branch infrastructure. Initiated SLAs for service focusing on expedited servicing for the busiest days.

Responsible for Operational activities and Projects in support of the Company’s Network and Computing Infrastructure.* Developed and Installed Branch Network and Application infrastructure for servers, workstations, and security at 160+ individual Branch locations not connected by a Wide Area Network. Infrastructure was replaced in 2015 as part of a Branch PCI infrastructure redesign. Generated a considerable savings during its 18-year lifespan.* Provided advanced technical support for a Treasury Management system which allowed Business customers to see Bank account activity, and initiate and track wire transfers. Technologies implemented and supported included OS/2, IBM DB2. Provided on site technical support for customers acquiring the system.

After graduating from Kent State University with an Accounting and Computer Science within Business double major, moved into the Information Technology Field.
