I had the pleasure of using this opportunity as a versatile position for the company. Duties included but not limited to data entry, confirming incoming and outgoing correspondence between vendors, providers, and rotating medical students are distributed timely and accurately , setting up meetings with said vendors, shareholders, and providers, and writing/designing for some of the company's social media and communication materials.

I had the pleasure of working an excellent team promoting the brand in-store as well as building and maintaining relationships with both domestic and international clientele, answering and addressing any questions or issues that they had with promotions and product quality. Additional tasks included assisting with store visuals, training new and seasonal associates on the brand and store procedures, and helping out our back of house stock team with whatever they needed.

I was responsible for handling, replenishing, and transferring new products between the offsite location and the Kipling Outlet store in Woodbury Commons. Once shipment is accepted, I am responsible for selling the products to incoming customers, highlighting features and benefits for their travel needs.

I wrote blog posts and any additional content promoting the company's advantages for using paver stones to enhance a homeowner's outdoor appearance. The posts were meant to maximize the company's use of SEO.

To increase the value of the brand's presence digitally, I was responsible for managing the company's social media accounts as well as providing consistent content to promote any artists, press, and upcoming events. This included writing for multiple social media platforms and writing content for the company blog as well.

I wrote short form articles while keeping search engine specific keywords in mind to improve their rankings for Google and Yahoo.

I was in charge for the circulation desk duties, checking out and returning library materials to faculty and student patrons. I was also assisted the Reference Librarian, Technical Librarian, and Library Director.
