I have worked in or around Education & Skills training for my entire professional life. Through this time I have navigated my way from primarily working on the Train to Gain contracts to overseeing various different funding streams and avenues.I am forever looking to improve myself, whilst working to ensure that others within our company grow and release their full potential!My main focus and passion is to ensure that companies are using data effectively. This includes using data to find trends, identify potential issues early, and using data proactively to improve processes and increase outcomes.
