I’m the owner and the Chief Executive Officer for Boyce Suite Company Ltd., a software developer focused on providing high-end, affordable internet related services to any businesses that are looking to expand their existing marketing efforts to reach the Web. In this role I delegate tasks, manages team resources and ensures that the team meets client deliverables. Our most exciting work to date was the development of Suzuki Caribbean, Mercedes-Benz Caribbean, Simpson Finance Ltd., Electronics on Edge and Barbados Law Courts website. Not only did we have fun working on that project, but also we found it rewarding to see the results.Before starting my own web development company, I worked at Websites.bb and at The Barbados Light and Power Company Ltd –- and was lucky enough to work with amazing software developers and engineers.I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other software developers. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives.
