• Ensure & secure factory all raw materials sourcing & supply chain being accurate & available• Dealing & Onboarding all the right supplier to maintain quality for Matrix Apparels also guide the team to follow same • Ensure all the raw materials price are correct & fit the purpose before place any order• Review order booking & ensure the line have enough feeding• Ensure Consumption, costing, CM accurate & process been followed as per Matrix apparels standard • Ensure all the sample including fit/pp/GS been made as per time line & follow the standard process & quality • Supervising, guiding, delegating executives/stuff in their duties• Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.• Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency.• Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, subcontractors and authorities.• Overseeing the company's business, operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures.• Review factory annual/Monthly budget & Target to achieve the goal• Increase profitability by reducing overhead cost and minimize materials loss.• Process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies within the company.• Monitoring compliance team on factory audits as per buyer's requirements including supply chain security & implement QMS system• Protect company confidential data and information as well influence team to maintain same• Conduct regular operations team meeting with all the HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, targets, team feedback and action taken for service improvement• Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development• Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.
