Key Responsibilities:*Overall microbiology laboratory activities including analyzing raw materials, in process samples and finished products, conducting and overseeing quality assurance and quality control, interpretation and documentation of lab results.*Microbiological testing includes Salmonella, E.coli, Bacillus cereus, Clostridium perfringens, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Coliforms, Enterobacteriaceae, Total Aerobic Count and Yeast and Moulds.*Active participation in development and implementation of ItR module in SAP S/4 HANA as a key user.*Supporting documentation activities in BRC V8, HACCP, GMP & internal audits.*Lab In Charge - Supervision of quality team members and ensure smooth functioning of QA/QC laboratory, reporting and interacting with managers.*Conducting the quality analysis of product and hygiene of the processing area before and after any accidents, events, and equipment issues which may cause quality and safety of the finished goods.*Customer complaint investigation and product issues during processing.*Physical and Chemical Inspection of raw materials, Semi finished and Finished goods of whole, crushed or broken and ground spices.*Finished product packing integrity check.*Documentation of inspection results, Issuing certificate of analysis for shipment and monthly evaluation.*Implementing ISO 17025 in microbiology laboratory.*Preparing and Implementing Environmental Quality Monitoring Program.*Ensuring the effectiveness of In Process Quality Control (IPQC).*Implement and maintain GMP in the facility.*Shelf Life analysis and Storage Inspection.*Preparation of SOP and making work instruction video for customer and internal lab trainings.*Managing inventories and sample dispatch.*Chemical and media stock control and their inventories.

Responsibilities:*Microbiological analysis of all raw materials, incoming samples, in process samples, finished products.*Media preparation and control.*Developing and monitoring environmental monitoring plan.*Preparation of monitoring reports - monthly,quarterly.*Preparation of investigation reports related to incidents.*Problem solving, trouble shooting and investigative analysis in the laboratory.*Maintainence of laboratory equipments.*Purchasing and maintaining laboratory supplies.*Assuring that all microbiology testing and operational procedures and practices comply with current regulatory industry best practices requirements.

Key Responsibilities: *Physical, Chemical & Microbiological analysis of all incoming Raw materials, in process and finished product samples (Raw spices, Spice Powders, Masalas, Pickles and Frozen items).*Supporting documentation activities in ISO 22000:2005, BRC V7, HACCP, GMP & internal audits.*Allergen material management and monitoring.*Implementation and conducting Environmental Quality Monitoring.*Sampling of product during processing and raw material based on the sampling protocol and preparation of food samples for analysis.*Internal equipment calibration, validation and verification.
